Rating Rubric

1 - Awful - So awful that I wonder how it even got published. Not fun at all. No redeeming qualities. ("this game sucks", "I never want to play this game again", "how did this game ever get made?")
2 - Bad - A typical bad game. Lots of repetition. Could have horrible controls or sound. ("bad", "boring", "annoying")
3 - Average - Your average game. Average challenge, average story, nothing super unique. ("not bad", "pretty good", "I don't regret playing this", "good, but I probably wouldn't play it again")
4 - Good - A good game. Typically a game I'm willing to go back and get 100% on before putting it away for good. Usually has a good story or plot, great mechanics, or a unique spin on things. ("I really like this game", "I want to keep playing", "great", "really good")
5 - Awesome - Amazing game. Games in this category are typically my favorite games that I will be more than happy to play over and over again. ("amazing", "awesome", "I will definitely be playing this again!")

Challenge Rubric

1 - No challenge at all. You could pretty much just walk through this game and beat it. ("breeze", "super easy", "can walk right through it")
2 - Easy challenge. A few puzzles or tricky bits, but otherwise a pretty easy game. Rare you'd have to redo a level or get stuck on a puzzle. ("pretty easy", "not very hard")
3 - Average challenge. Puzzle-solving or dexterity a must, but you can still get through most things in 2 or 3 tries at the most ("not too bad of a challenge", "pretty good challenge", "decent challenge")
4 - Difficult challenge. Levels or stages generally take several tries to beat or riddles really take some pondering to figure out. ("pretty hard", "really have to think on this one", "this one is going to take some time")
5 - Almost impossible. Requires you to make pixel perfect jumps throughout or solve riddles that would be nearly impossible without a guide ("really hard", "I'm getting tired of playing this level", "I can't believe I have to do this again")
